Board memberBjørn has more than 20 years’ experience in various executive roles within international pharmaceutical industry. He has worked at Nycomed, Amersham and GE Healthcare, where he among others held positions within R&D, e-health, communication, strategy and innovation. Bjørn was also the CEO of GE Healthcare for 4 years. Bjørn has served on the board in GE owned companies, the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Industry, Bionor Pharma ASA, Biotekforum (part of The Federation of Norwegian Industries) and Catapult Life Science. He also has broad experience within change management and turn-around processes. Bjørn has a MsC in microbiology from the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers Tekniske Högskola. He is currently a partner in Gevirgroup AS and holds board positions in CardiNor AS (chairman), Catapult Life Science AS and NoMVO.
Board memberJan has more than 25 years of experience in various executive roles in the international pharmaceutical industry. He was running the Japan region for GE Healthcare for 10 years – a role including building infrastructure on the ground while optimizing the business through Strategic Alliance and JV structures. He had full P&L responsibility for a $130m business. Jan has also been running the global pharma R&D operations in GE Healthcare including a $50m development portfolio and project/portfolio teams in UK, USA and Norway. Jan left GE in Oct 2014 as the President for the 800 employee Norwegian organization. Besides being board member in Oxy Solutions AS, Jan is also Chairman of the board of Mentis Cura AS as well as being Director in five other MedTech and Pharma companies. Jan holds a MSc in Physiology.
Chairman of the BoardSvein is an experienced executive. He has been the Group CEO of Tomra ASA for 8 years and served as a board member in amongst others Ask-Proxima ASA, Zenitel NV, Orkla ASA, Polymoon ASA, Nordea Bank AB, PSI Group, Vensafe, and Commaxx AS. Svein holds a MsC in Economics and Business Administration and is a certified accountant from the Norwegian School of Business and Administration.
